I understand that active membership requires maintaining 50% of meetings, 36 hours of training yearly, 10% of alarms(Fire, EMS, Miscellaneous) and 24 hours of Work Details yearly.

I understand that after my eighteenth (18) birthday my application will be referred to the Vigilance committee, who shall review same and make a recomandation to the membership. A favorable report will result in the application becoming a Probationary Member who will then be subject to a review of attendance and performance after six (6) months.

Ialso understand that I must obtain a medical exam as directed by the Chief within two weeks after my application has been accepted by the membership

After my six (6) month probationary status revew by the Vigilance Committe a recommendation will be made to the membership at a regualr monthly meeting. A vote will be taken by the membership. A favorable vote will result in affirming my membership as an active member. An unfavorable vote will result in my removal from the membership as prescribed by the By-Laws.
